My painting is about storytelling. This painting depicts a long walk on hot sand, as well as thorns on the path which make these walks uncomfortable. Nevertheless, with the right company, an uncomfortable walk can be masked and filled with laughter. It is common to find vailed women, carrying up to four pots .
